Quality procedures and document controls. SGS, UL, CSA, VDE, CCIC and CEST regularly conduct factory audits. Expanded quality control inspection for all material from outside suppliers to meet standards.

Manufacturing capabilities are updated to include cellular methods that provide for high productivity and quality processes. Continuous improvement implementations have included upgrades in conveyor transport systems that reduce cycle times, improved inventory control, and scheduling.

Unicable can custom build your wiring harness from a blueprint or sample.Current production ranges from single lead wires to complex harnesses with 100+ leads.

Molded Cable Assemblies

A variety of D-sub connectors are available for both molded and mechanical assemblies. Options include thumbscrews, high density, shielding and right angle. Available in 9-, 15-, 25-, and 37- position, male and female. Assemblies made to your specifications.
